These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ZRV Consultancy Private Limited ("the Company") and any user ("you") using this website or availing our services. The Company's brand verticals - ZRV Amaris (concierge & gifting) and ZRV Travel Curators (travel advisory) - are governed by their own terms.

1. Services

We provide business consultancy and related services for individuals and businesses, as per the scope agreed with you in writing.

2. Enquiries & Engagement

An enquiry through this website is a request, not a booking. An engagement begins only after the scope, timeline and fees are confirmed in writing.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees and payment terms are agreed per engagement before work begins and are payable as agreed.

4. Your Responsibility

You agree to provide correct information and to use our services lawfully.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the engagement concerned. No indirect damages are covered.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Vadodara, Gujarat (India) jurisdiction only.
